Service This is our speciality We specialise in service in every way both giving service to our customers and carrying out service to their macs. We will install a single imac or a large network. We can visit you or you can bring your poorly mac to us the choice is yours. We are just as happy to service a single mac at your home as to deal with a large network in a studio. We offer a range of contract options for the larger business customers and a simple telephone tech support service for domestic and small business users. We can install networks, including broadband connections and cabling if required. We are always pleased to advise on the best computer solution for your business. If you have a hardware problem we will check it out and diagnose free of charge. We will give you best advice on whether to repair or replace and sort out either for you. We can transfer data if you change macs and set up your new mac to a professional standard with basic training included.
We will do our best to give you an estimate of the time involved in any job before commencement however in some circumstances this may not be possible.
