We offer all levels of service and support from a single visit to set up a printer to a full, guaranteed response, service agreement for a network of Macs.
We can install and set up wired and wireless networks and we can supply webspace and email accounts either on your own dedicated domain or just free email on our shared server.
If you are buying a new Mac we can set it up and transfer the data from your old Mac (or dare I say it PC). We do this manually as we believe the automated firewire transfer suggested by Apple leaves you with a Mac that does not run as well as it can. At a set up visit we would also give you a good overview of how you should work your mac and how to get the most from the terrific applications Apple has supplied. A setup visit would normally take between 2 and 4 hours depending on how much we need to do and how many questions you ask.
Ad hoc charges are £65 per hour on site or £395 per day. There is no callout charge within Milton Keynes and a £20 callout in Bedford or close environs of MK. Further afield a £40 callout applies. There is no charge for diagnostic inspection of macs brought to us. We are happy to quote for repairs in advance and can often guarantee a ceiling price so you know where you stand.
We are always happy to chat on the phone and give advice as to how to solve a problem or what to do to achieve a result you need. We can also often help by remote controlling your mac via iChat saving the cost of travelling.
